Kerlenn New York, Ltd. was created through Articles of Incorporation executed on July 1st, 2010 and is operated by a Board of Directors which operates within a set of By-Laws.
All educational activities undertaken by Kerlenn New York are done so only with the express consent of the Department of Education of the State of New York.
